3.rearrange your data(run once a month):my computer->properties->tools->defragment now(c: drive)->analyse->defragment.
4.make internet explorer run faster:internet option->general->history->day to keep history->type"1" in that box->ok.
internet option->advanced->security->do not save encrypted page to disk->ok.
5.turn on automatic updates in the control panel.
6.install antivirus and antispyware program.
